Pros

The people at UserZoom are all very kind and supportive. I've been able to learn a lot from my colleagues and the culture is naturally helpful - no one hesitates to lend a helping hand. UserZoom has great work life balance, and the market for the Product is fantastic; you really feel like you have an opportunity to make a positive impact.

Cons

UserZoom is essentially run by an executive leadership team who regularly changes priorities and directs the work of all those under them; decisions are made by HIPPOS (highest paid person's opinion). This leaves many feeling like they are just pawns, and unsure what value they are truly adding.
