Pros

Effectiveness and self-direction are both rewarded here, and the work is both challenging and varied. Product and engineering context continue to improve year after year.

Cons

An aging legacy rails monolith and deeply tangled data-model can make many tasks far more difficult than they should be. Engineering culture is pretty varied, and it really matters who you end up working with.

Pros

No I don't think I will, thank you

Cons

It is a legal requirement that every remote job listing and every listing in Colorado have the compensation listed, and Userzoom doesn't do that. You can be fined 10,000 dollars per violation, and they don't care, because they hate their employees so much they'd rather risk a fine then let their employees know their disgusting pay rate.
