Pros

From the CEO down, all employees are exceptionally friendly and down-to-earth. On my second day on the job, the CEO personally introduced himself to me, and reiterated his open-door policy. Beyond that, my manager is extremely reasonable with flexible schedules and warm. Not only do we offer a flexible working schedule, but we also know how to have fun. Plus, we get free lunches every Tuesday and Thursday. The best thing about Usertesting are the people, who are always willing to help.

Cons

Similar to any growing business there isn't the processes in place completely yet. It's a work in progress but not a bad thing

Pros

1. UserTesting is growing very rapidly as the recognized market leader. They have achieved this through a lot of hard work and gutsy decision by a smart, hardworking and incredibly nice team. 2. The culture is top notch here - employees feel positive coming to work and are very comfortable with each other. The company's founders care a lot about their employees and about the company's culture. 3. There are lots of growth opportunities given the company's fast growth and expanding markets. 4. If it was not clear on the website, there are also 2 offices - in Mountain View and San Francisco which make it more attractive to SF and South Bay people.

Cons

As with all fast-growing companies, there are some growing pains for each team/departments and you should not expect lots of hand-holding while a stellar performance is expected from you at the same time, and you should take it as a challenge.

Pros

UserTesting is making its mark! We are well known and used by some of the world's most well known brands and some that you've never heard of, but will. Our new mobile products are groundbreaking and it's super exciting to be a part of the team that is breaking this new ground. In many ways, we act like a start up. In other ways, we act like a company that's been around for 7 years - because we have. That's often a nice balance. Speaking of balance - the work life balance here is amazing. There are so many clubs, sports teams and fun activities ~ gaming clubs (both console and board) book club, LGTB club, culture club, ultimate Frisbee, softball, soccer, happy hours, and so much more. The founders and senior executives know what they're doing. They're not 20 somethings trying to run a company with no experience. They are humble, nice and (seriously) know all 200+ employees by name.

Cons

If you get motion sickness on roller coasters, you won't enjoy this ride. We are fast, agile, and rapidly expanding. Some days, you'll feel like you went up-side-down a couple times. If you enjoy the adrenaline rush of that type of excitement, you'll love it here.
