Pros

Simply the best reason to work here is that work life isn't everything. There are activities almost daily ranging from sporting events, social hang outs, massages, or clubs that meet up. I have never received any sort of discomforting glares from anyone in the company when I was letting them know I needed to leave to go to the Book Club meeting or our company softball/soccer/basketball/ultimate frisbee game (which UserTesting sponsors too!)

Cons

Since we are a start-up like environment sometimes things can feel that way as far as organization, but we are still a younger company getting our bearings down. Every company will have their chaotic times, but UserTesting keeps us pretty calm.

Pros

It's the best company I've ever worked for. If you're a hard working self starter you'll get noticed and rewarded. Employees are encouraged to follow their ambitions, try things out, and work across teams. Work / Life balance is protected.

Cons

The company has 5x as many employees as it did 2 years ago. This growth has lead to communication and organization challenges.
