Pros

The people at UserTesting really make a difference. It’s not just one or two experts on the teams that are always jumping in to help, it’s everyone and you can tell it’s the culture. The benefits are great and there’s a lot of effort to ensure employees are trained and equipped with knowledge and resources.

Cons

There are a lot of tools in the toolbox but still a lot of issues with automation to help employees be more efficient. Reporting and reliability between different tools does not align and sometimes not reliable so employees are often trying to figure out what to rely on to do their job.
