Pros

-Managers are approachable -Highly supportive of remote work -Respectful of time zones and workday hours -Pretty flat hierarchy, everyone has a voice -I feel valued for the work I do

Cons

-Sometimes it's so casual that we can come across as immature -Lots of company changes mean lots of moving targets with operations -Lots of meetings that have good intentions, but would make more sense to have fewer attendees

Pros

Great people, best sales team I've been on. Focused on honesty, clarity and integrity. Many opportunities for collaboration and strategizing. The company is flexible - continuously listening and changing to accommodate both customers and employees. There is a clear focus and intention to hire and promote internally.

Cons

Since some employees work remote and it's an international company, there are often way too many meetings that just take a lot of time out of the day. But, they do serve a purpose and help create a culture of support, trust and collaboration.

Pros

I joined UserZoom about a year ago and have made more money than at any other time in my career, and in an environment that is truly fulfilling, challenging and supportive. The culture is all about incremental improvement and the leadership walks the walk; I've been selling enterprise software / SaaS for well over a decade and this is the most experienced, thoughtful, collaborative sales leadership I've ever had. Every day I improve and expand my ability to partner with clients around compelling and meaningful solutions and strategy, and have the smartest resources on my team to make it all happen. If you're a pro with high expectations and you're looking for a place where you can grow, have fun, and make a ton of money, this is it. Lastly, funny thing about culture... some companies constantly make outward claims about it, like they're hoping it will stick, but very few companies just have it, without feeling like they have to talk about it incessantly. UserZoom is the latter.

Cons

I've been doing this long enough to know that no place is nirvana, but within the spectrum of what's possible and within reality, I honestly don't have any cons worthy of mentioning. I'd be picking nits, and for anyone accomplished enough in their career and ambition to qualify for this company (the people I'm actually talking to here), you won't care about that stuff.
