Pros

None that I can think of now post merger

Cons

C-suite is the ultimate definition of corporate greed. Made their millions while leaving others in the dust. Constant layoffs within the past year.

Pros

The product is exceptional. There are so many ways that this solution can transform businesses in almost every sector. Colleagues are conscientious and intelligent, they really know what they are talking about.

Cons

Some bumps in morale with layoffs post-merger. The product does so much that at times it can be hard to focus on what to sell.

Pros

Good hardware handed out to use during employment Having your birthday off as a holiday should be standard

Cons

3 rounds of layoffs in a year, closing an entire office, refusing to adjust salaries for what is now going on a year after the merger when people have been doing work the entire time.

Pros

Some of my colleagues genuinely care. But most of the top talent has left.

Cons

Horrible senior leadership/ lack of leadership. No integrity. Bad culture. Unmotivated colleagues. Two rounds of layoff and multiple layoffs in past year. Uninformed decisions being made.

Pros

- Collaborative and talented team with a strong sense of camaraderie. - Flexible work arrangements that supported a healthy work-life balance. - Engaging work with products that genuinely make a difference for users and clients. - Comprehensive benefits package - ERGs avaliable

Cons

- Recent organizational changes have led to unexpected layoffs, affecting long-tenured employees without clear communication or warning. - Shifts in leadership and company direction occasionally caused misalignment across teams. - Limited transparency around decision-making processes during critical company transitions.

Pros

It used to be a great workplace. There was a true culture of kindness, and people assumed positive intent of each other. The core UserTesting product is amazing.

Cons

- Constant layoffs lead to a toxic/anxious culture. Layoffs are juxtaposed with really wasteful expenses all around, which is frustrating. - There can be inept local management for non-US-based teams, and no one will look into it for a long time. - The exec team only cares about themselves and is taking only a quarter-based approach
