Great co-workers. Always helpful and friendly.

Cons

Very little work life balance. The amount of work you are expected to do is unrealistic in every aspect of the word. There is no training of any kind. You are pretty much expected to learn by reading. Technology platforms feel like you are back in 1985.

You do not have to watch "Mad Men" to enjoy the company management style of the 60's and 70's.

Very limited in regards to being positive---flexible hours, telecommuting, etc.

Cons

Little to no advancement, more concerned about watching the time employees return from lunch: don't be a minute late! Expect to work harder than you ever have with no acknowledgement from management other than to indicate to you that you are doing your job. Annual reviews are a joke.
