Pros

A birthday cake on your birthday.

Cons

There is no communication between management and staff. The company doesn't have a clear vision of where it wants to go or what it wants to be much less anything resembling a strategic plan. People come and go quickly - either they realize they screwed up and took a job with V-Soft or were new graduates who gained some experience to move to a company that offers a true career.

Pros

My co-workers are very professional but leave quickly because this place is a clown show.

Cons

Purna Veer. Purna Veer. Purna Veer. Did I mention Purna Veer? The owner of this company has a serious problem with women and they are treated like garbage. Men have 90% of the Management roles at VSOFT and women are paid far less then the male employees. Mr. Veer, the head clown in the circus, could not care less about the servants that work for him. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE. LOW PAY.

V-Soft Consulting Group Response

Thank you for review I see you are located in Chicago where I am the market leader, my name is Sally Martin. While we normally do not respond to insulting behavior I thought it worthwhile to highlight that I am a woman and the head of our entire Midwest Market. I am part of the V-Soft Executive team reporting directly to Purna. As far as women being treated poorly I don’t see that in my role. As far as leaving V-Soft quickly, this is outside the norm the majority of our employees stay with us for many years. I have seen very little turnover in my market and other markets across the United States. I am truly sorry if you had a bad experience and I can assure you it is not the norm nor is it something that any of our leadership would accept. I welcome you to reach out to me anytime with any questions. I sincerely wish you all the best in your future career. - Sally Martin Midwest Market Director Sally Martin
