Women Aren't Welcome

Pros

A few individuals in leadership are positive and supportive Company is transparent with growth and financials

Cons

Limited salary potential. V-Soft offers competitive salaries to men, but limited to women. There are no raises. Annual reviews are conducted, but there is no benefit to doing them, no actionable results. Hiring preference is for off-shore employees based in India, Women are treated in a biased manner. The culture is anti-female. There are no women in upper management, no female leaders. Ownership is claimed to be woman-owned, but the female owner is never present. All women in upper management have left the company or been let go due to discrimination. All discrimination towards women comes from the very top. Poor communication across the company. Benefits are too expensive. Health insurance was 2x higher cost to employees compared to new employer. 401k provider charges too many fees.

I last my job because of their wrong move and they did not bother about me and left me jobless, My advice move careful.

Joke of a Company

Pros

It's honestly very difficult to think of any reasons why someone should work here. We have won some awards somehow and are very good at inflating statistics to make it seem like we're a legitimate company.

Cons

It all starts at the top here. Owner ship is greedy and clueless. The only thing of importance to them is increasing profit and they do not care about employee well being, fairness, or bringing any sort of ethics to their business. If you work here, be prepared to be surrounded by amateurs who do not care; you will have to do other peoples' jobs quite frequently. Feedback is neither encouraged or paid any attention, and as a result people get burnt out quickly at V-Soft. Anyone who stays beyond a year is most likely looking for a new job. V-Soft will twist numbers to portray themselves as a growing and thriving company, but on the inside the employees are unhappy and the CEO only cares about personal gain. There is no company culture to speak of- the only culture is one of fear and looking over your shoulder, as management is always trying to catch people not doing work. This is a bad, bad company.
