      Company truly cares about its employees Lots of seniority show. They do a lot to show how important their staff is

      Cons

      Paycheck compensation is a little low for area. It is made up through bonus and profit sharing Hiring process takes awhile

      Pros

      Great place to work. Very employee focused with an emphasis on work-life balance. Great benefits (more importantly 401k program is great - matching and annual profit sharing contribution) Great employee programs - training, wellness, and corporate events

      Cons

      Politics Favoritism - a lot of road blocks and promotions are often times based on favoritism rather than merit and performance. Traditional Promotions do not exist - HR requires a new position to be created within the department (requiring additional headcount budget approvals - very difficult) - then the person to be promoted must apply with the risk that others will apply as well.
