Pros

Compensation and the benefits! Great eye-wear plan and benefits (especially) if you are full-time. The people are also wonderful to be around and work for. Any problem I have had, I have always received a quick and thorough response.

Cons

I have no complaints for this position

Pros

Benefits are the best I’ve ever had, people are super nice and helpful

Cons

Call center provides high stress and poor hours, there’s not a lot of room to move up, it’s hard to even move laterally within the line of business. Very hard to find time off and if you need time off it can hurt your metrics which lessens your value to the call center. It is also incredibly hard to get to know any of your peers since you’re constantly on the phones with back to back to back calls and your schedules rarely match up. Also, not much value or recognition towards the staff. Cake days don’t make up for that.

Pros

Great Team. Great Boss. Interesting opportunities. Great environment with great people.

Cons

Lots of processes to get work done. Some employees were not great communicators over text/email. Felt a little stuck. Sucks that they had to lay off a bunch of people.
