      VSP Global believes in their staff and is challenging them to break the chains of the old way of doing business. The most recent initiatives lead by the Team of Team's concept is motivation to recruit talent that is looking to change the way traditional business is run.

      A company this size has a difficult time being agile. Often times decisions are slow going and by the time the decisions are made, the competition has already pulled the trigger.
