      Pros

      the benefits are great, it balances the not so great pay scale. management is very supportive and helpful. reviews were timely, positive. i was very qualified for the position and added to my knowledge during my employment.

      Cons

      getting time off was challenging. i found the schedule to be inflexible. the pay did not (IMO) match my skill/knowledge

      Pros

      Weekends and Holidays off which is rare in this industry. Offering services to employees and their dependents at their workplace is favorable to a retail environment. For many years we were encouraged to put patient over profit which created a low pressure, friendly atmosphere but this is changing.

      Cons

      Very small clinic, software systems are challenging, and new bonus structure is limiting.
