Pros

Once you learn the information it can be simple.

Cons

Everything else. Management is non existent and you can never reach them. I ask my supervisor a question don’t get an answer but responds in the group chat. And management will switch up to you quicker than a potatoe getting hot in the oven. Makes you wonder what’s being said behind closed doors… it’s extremely shady! This company also is never on the same accord … one person will say something completely different than the other then people got the nerve to have a attitude. It’s unorganized ! I’m also not understanding if it’s about getting world class survey why won’t you let us do our due diligence to get there ? They don’t care about surveys for real or these people that call in… it’s all about money.

Pros

Good people and management usually competent but not always levelheaded. Tech works well. Easier than most places to spin up and get working.

Cons

Terrible vacation vacation for experienced people. 2 weeks plus a few floating holidays. Was 2bweeks plus an additional week of supplemental vacation which was eliminated in 2020. My manager said we'd work something unofficial out but that never happened. Nose to the grindstone and mediocre pay since. 2 to 3% raises don't keep up with inflation or the market. High pressure and occasional swearing rants in team meetings ruin what would otherwise be a good working environment. A lot of foot stamping and demanding that what isn't done or isnt working be finished or fixed. Seems to come from upper level directors and VPs.

Pros

Most of the people I work with are awesome and the work we do is valuable. Since Covid, remote working is now the norm, which is nice as it saves employees time & resources in commuting, and helps to spare the environment a little.

Cons

Management in some areas is terrible, resulting in toxic working environments, with little to no trust, where employees are treated like children instead of skilled professionals. Very little autonomy or empowerment. Technology is extremely antiquated and the backlog of tech debt is astonishing, which severely limits the company's ability to operate efficiently and be competitive. Change is laborious and very slow to be implemented. So much potential and opportunities are lost as a result of the company's inability to recognize the need for changes and then act on making them happen. Pay is well below industry norms. Quality of the employment benefits declines every year. Healthcare benefits get more expensive every year, with no added value. Little to no career advancement opportunities for most employees.
