Not one good thing to say!!! Why didnt anyone get a raise for 2015???Sounds like the beginning of the end to me.. Shame on you VXI

Pros

I worked for the best paid team at VXi. Hence, no sales or commission involved. This was a huge plus because from what I understand, VXI is always changing their commission structure and screwing their sales agents in the process. For my first few years there, work was fantastic. As a customer service agent I was getting paid top dollar for little to no work. Then as the project grew and more agents were hired, then came the issues. Power hungry individuals who ruined the program for everyone. Pros: 1. I met a handful of good people there. Still friends 5 years later. 2. (This could be a con, depending on how you look at it) Great place to find a sexual partner.

Cons

1. Management is clueless 2. Upper management tries to bully employees to have them keep their head down. Really oppressive mentality. 3. No room for growth. And if you are promoted, it's worth pennies. 4. In 4 years I never got a raise. 5. Hours ( I worked graveyard ) 6. Violence in the workplace with no repercussions. One agent was physically assaulted and nothing was ever done to eliminate the culprit. 7. It seems like they'll hire anyone ( gang members, drug addicts, etc) 8. Will suck the life and vitality right out of you. An before you know it, 5 years later you will be writing a similar review on glass door. There are plenty more but I'll stop there. The moral of the story is...don't work here!

Pros

VXI will hire anyone! Equal opportunity is the standard policy of this company. There are constant hiring advertisements in my area; however, that does become a bit redundant after a while.

Cons

Promotions are not given according to the level of individual performance, let alone qualification. The pay is substandard. There is no way to move forward within this company. I am paying for a parking pass-- here is the kicker-- there is no company owned parking lot for me to use. I haven't been rewarded for any of the sales that I have made.
