Way too many cons! Stop shutting down our opinions and thoughts. LET US WORK REMOTELY PERMANENTLY!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS YOURE LOSING A LOT OF CREW!!! Benefits and pay, you can get better elsewhere and they like to make you think otherwise Most not ALL TLs here are useless, they have absolutely no idea what they are doing most of the time. We shouldnt have to pick up the slack for them and most importantly take on the absurd things we are told when they dont want to lose crew on their team.
