Pros

You’ll be hired fast. No work on weekends. No degree required if you have phone experience. A good in between jobs, job.

Cons

You’ll be fired fast or leave before a year. Training is a bust half your training team you come in with will be gone before month one is over. Management always changes & if you work remote be prepared for the system to crash every other day.

Pros

Benefits are good, opportunities for advancement seems good, but really aren't.

Cons

The job itself is terrible, you have to deal with the worst type of people and the company doesn't care about it, you are just supposed to take it and all they care about is metrics. Also very micro-managed. Can't even go to the bathroom when you want because you are only given 30 mins of break to use for the whole day and its recorded when you use it.
