Cons

Leadership, Micromanagement, Little room to take ownership of problems so everyone punts. Super high turnover in retail investor group. It is a call center and the job description does not match the reality. Look somewhere else if you want to get into financial advice, if you come here, you'll be doing inbound for at least 2 years before you can move up to advisor training. Their advisors are still inbound.
