We strive to support the needs of our team members and their dependents by providing a benefit package that is easy to understand, easy to access and affordable for all our team members. We have also added hybrid and remote opportunities, where possible. In our call centers, where we need to be staffed 24/7, we have provided the team with flexibility by having them work 3 days one week and four days the next week, with every other three day weekend off (Saturday - Monday). Extremely challenging learning curve to understand navigating the system. Low pay for the amount of stress and know how that goes into the job.

Worst job environment/lack of training and accountability.

- As a contractor I was paid weekly

Cons

- This company does not care to train effectively - Very unorganized - High school cafeteria feeling when in office - False hopes given at the beginning about career advancement and all the knowledge willing to be taught but is not -Sr Project Manager that don’t do their job or try to cover up mistakes by using Project coordinators as a shield -Some coworkers are ok but majority are dying for a raise and will do anything for it - Gainesville location is very racist , whether it’s passive or not they do discriminate.
