      Frankenstein or Borg?

      Pros

      Another reviewer referred to the company as Frankenstein-like. In a more modern sci-fi metaphor, they are The Borg - you will be assimilated. It's a great opportunity if you want to be part of the Collective.

      Cons

      Comments about Jonathan Cherins by another reviewer are spot-on. He makes a pretense of being open, but that's all it is -- a pretense. As for their DEI commitment, they picked the woman and the oldest team member when they laid off staff in our department. Young, white guys were in great shape. Working with another SaaS company now, it's surprising to see how backward their processes with clients were.

We’ve made great strides in ensuring our team members feel included and heard, but acknowledge we can always continue to work on this. Our leadership team, including the CEO, has made a great effort to make sure the company runs with transparency. We hold quarterly All-Hands meetings, send frequent emails to the entire team, and team members always have opportunities to speak with the CEO and other leaders directly during regularly scheduled roundtables designed specifically to seek feedback. We are continually learning and improving as an organization. Effective change takes time. We will continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of our work.

      Going down hill

      Pros

      There are good people here who try hard. Provide food and fun activities. It is in a nice building in Tampa. Trying to improve technology. The workers make it fun.

      Cons

      Leaders come across self centered and out of touch with how we handle clients and sell. It is very political . You can not trust anyone.They promote from within there is a lot of people sucking up. They push out good people who care and leave us with managers with no experience running sales who micro manage.The big boss does not add value. They just moved the bosses around so maybe it will be better. The new big boss seems to have higher integrity--military guy. But the people running the teams still lack people skills and don't motivate the groups.

Management consistently works to foster a culture of integrity and trust while simultaneously recognizing employees for their hard work and accomplishments. Understanding the needs of our clients and staff is of utmost importance and a top priority for leadership. That is why we host both our National Sales Meeting and Client Summit every year – to receive insight and feedback from our team and clients while also empowering them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

      Great mission terrible leadership

      Pros

      The customer base is full of our everyday hero’s. It is an honor to work with them.

      Cons

      This new group of leadership is awful. It is a boys club and seem to have been friends for years. They cleaned house for “cost saving reasons” to then turn around and introduce more executive positions and VPs. Training is non existent unless you’re in sales. Pay is uneven and positions are not defined. They love to use key words like “career paths” “defining roles and responsibilities” and “total benefits”. These are things they re do every year and are an excuse for why they are not paying their employees industry standard. Meanwhile they drop tons on money on extravagant trips for sales and upper management.
