Pros

Great community of employees. Occasional group happy hours and team events like axe throwing or softball. Pay is highly competitive.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Management is closed-door and not open to new ideas. Very much a stay keep your head down kind of place.

- Poor management skills lead to under utilization of some assets, and poor flexibility. - Raises are not sufficient, causing little incentive to stay at the company.
