Great company and great staff, supportive team oriented work environment with good benefits. If you like serving seniors this is the best place to work.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement, not so convenient to public transportation

The job offered project experience for facilities throughout USA. Departments were small enough to get to know team members within the larger corporate environment. Business casual atmosphere.

Cons

Company was in a lay-offs phase during my time there, so morale was probably lower than average.
