The care and compassion team members have to provide top-notch, quality care is amazing to witness. The pay and benefits are unmatched and very strong in my opinion. Opportunities for growth are good if you work hard and want to learn.

Cons

Only con is the onboarding for new timers on fingerprint clearance cards

Cons

If you work parttime you have to find parking on the street.

Management listens to concerns, teamwork amongst other nurses and co-workers, benefits, lunch provided daily, shift differentials, great residents

Cons

Hourly wage, having to work weekends (but you do with most jobs in healthcare)
