Good benefits including health insurance and vacation time.

Cons

Negative, gossipy work environment. Management not trustworthy; concerned with advancing own careers at expense and detriment of the subordinates. Salaries not commensurate with industry standards. Team lacks coordinated leadership, leaving team feeling confused and further feeding toxicity and dysfunction.

Some flexibility in work schedule , generous PTO.

Cons

Very weak leadership with no tangible emphasis on the customer. For the last few years the company has been focused on profitability with little or no care for the customer base. Most employees are caring and hard working, but with the revolving door at the executive level, it's impossible to be heard or acknowledged. With any luck the company will be sold in the next year or two.

Loved the team I worked with in Client Services. Everyone worked hard for each other and for our clients. Flexible schedules/work from home.

Cons

Once the company was sold to Bain Capital everything changed. Lay offs were constant. You really became just a number at the company. No explanation of why people were laid off or even WHO was laid off. You would email the person and get a bounce back and that's how you would find out. Horrible communication. Constant turnover of management.
