Pros

New technology, VRad is always on the newest and greatest hardware/software. In Healthcare. They are a leader in their space and should continue to use that to their advantage.

Cons

Until they get a new CTO, key people will continue to leave. Mass exodus of key individuals have left a large knowledge gap.

Great co-workers, snacks provided, meals brought in frequently, free coffee

Cons

Overnight hours, lots of managers and leads and not enough communication between them. Pay is pretty low for the job expectations.
