Pros

Good co-workers. Occasional perks such as tickets to a game or a food truck at lunch time.

Cons

No clear direction from management. They like to re-org and change everyone's job just as you have finally settled in from the last re-org.

Helping people through the usage of technology and clinical expertise.

Cons

- No real direction. - Senior management has squandered leadership position. - Ownership has diluted all equity holders to $0. - Too much turnover. - Management lacks the fortitude to do what is required. - Current strategy appears to be focused on pursuing anyone who might pay them for their patents.

Not to many pros but if I had to pick one, it would be Flexibility

Cons

Management sucks ass. They have the wrong people in management in just about every dept of the company. They all promote based on friendship and ass kissers. Would not recommend my worst enemy to work there.
