Large company. Was not a good experience working for WM in my area. I communicated with other AM's in the Southeast and several locations valued their employees more. And Many areas did not adjust the compensation calculator quarterly - providing stability in pay.

Cons

Constantly changing the compensation calculator. Regional managers changed compensation calculator every quarter. The metrics always changed. Never knew what my commissions would be, as the "goal posts" were always being moved.
