Requests for preferred work schedule depends on your assigned clients needs Scheduling is not consistent, max 32 hours during non peak months. Options to work from home or work in office.

If you have a good team, its somewhat ok..

Cons

More rules ans roles no extra pay.. They try to dock you for everything. Meaning they are trying to find a reason to fire you. Nothing is consistent.. Upper management tries to take control every single thing, but dont know what we do. They just add more mess. We know more about Carl Hess trips than anything. Someone need to do right by the people. This is why people are planning on walking off..
