Dougmaps - The old CEO and his friends still have hands in everything making this a depressing experience for everyone 2019 has led to a lot of cost cutting such as free lunches are being phased out and lower quality snacks Zero review or performance metrics I have faster internet at home More men's bathrooms than women's when we are near equal

Decent salaries Weed Lots of nice people especially in sales and ops growth

Cons

Chaotic organization that does not have a very strong understanding of technology. Very sales driven and therefore the tech org suffers heavily. Very high turnover across all departments. In two months Weedmaps also makes your job search that much more harder as it's a company where it's ok to smoke during work hours. The leadership here suffers from being very disconnected from the org below. The glaring exception is the COO who runs a very tight ship. The CMO and CPO on the other hand have really turned this place upside down. For example the CMO can't tell the difference between retail and brand messaging. There is a lot of morale issues lately and many great people have left. We lost three product managers and four engineers in a span of weeks.
