West is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace and culture where all team members feel respected, are treated fairly and have an opportunity to excel. Disrespectful or discriminatory behaviour is not acceptable nor tolerated. Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We’re disappointed to hear your perception of our Digital and Transformation (D&T) team at West. Under the leadership of our new Sr. VP and Chief Digital & Transformation Officer, we have seen a growth in our employee base as well as new skills such as Software Engineers and SAP Solution Architects, enabling us to reduce reliance on consultants and invest in our own population. Also, under his leadership, we have made tremendous progress including the launch of our e-commerce site enabling our customers to order direct from West online. And we have recently opened a Digital Technology Center in India to help build a strong global D&T team which will allow us to augment our US and Europe teams and ensure 24/7 access to West sites worldwide. Regarding turnover, although some attrition is inevitable and natural for any organization, we are proud to say that our global turnover rate is actually below the industry average. It is true we have seen an increase year over year on an annualized basis, however the increase is less than one percent and still below industry average. Change can be challenging, but it is necessary for continued growth and for our journey of digital transformation, which will enable a better digital user experience for our team members, our customers, and ultimately the patients who use our products.
