West is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace and culture where all team members feel respected, are treated fairly and have an opportunity to excel. Bullying, intimidation or threatening behaviors are not acceptable nor tolerated at West. We strongly encourage any team member who feels this type of behavior is taking place to use any of the reporting avenues we provide, including reaching out to any member of leadership, Human Resources or the Compliance and Ethics Office directly to share their concerns. The Integrity Helpline is available to all team members, who can report their concerns anonymously if they choose. All cases of bullying and intimidation are taken extremely seriously and fully investigated with appropriate corrective actions taken. Our management team is held accountable for high-performance and standards, and we feel our committed group of leaders is one of the many things that makes West so special.
