Was hired remote and most recently they decided if you are within 50 miles despite how long the actual commute they are changing their offer letter parameters to on-site 3 days a week. They are false advertising hybrid because of “culture” but did not ask employees what they wanted. They make decisions and do not clearly communicate to staff and it trickles out slowly with no formal communication or explanation. They ask for feedback so they can write nasty responses to the questions in a QA newsletter. They make changes to teams with no real overarching input from the team but pretend they care about input. They are going to run a lot of people out the door with the constant changes and lack of transparency for the culture they are building.

Many... 1. Worked here for 12 years: One word – TOXIC, see details… 2. Very frustrating environment, no room for discussion or debate. 3. There is no such thing as ‘work life balance’ – totally messed up and anything less than 12 hours per day is unthinkable, weekends and holidays are optional. 4. Some leaders have the opinion that everybody working in the US region (or any other region outside India) is useless, overpaid and irrelevant. 5. Lastly, about human resources - they exist only in name and not in form.
