      Pros

      The pay structure is average for the industry and the employees are very friendly and helpful for the most part

      Cons

      Leadership is very weak and self protective. Currently in the staff reduction mode Profitability has been running negative for a few years Moral is extremely low due to the AP1000 projects failing and layoffs/staffing needs

      Pros

      There is an intelligent and talented pool of engineers.

      Cons

      owned by Toshiba who replaced all good management with outsiders who do not know how to manage the business and are doing a terrible job. Layoffs have been replaced by terminations with a company policy stating they are not in the business of paying separation benefits.

      Pros

      Sadly none anymore other than caring about the customers I have worked with for over 35 yrs

      Cons

      Mandatory unpaid 50 hr work week's, years w/o a raise. Treated like interchangeable parts that can be moved from one place to another with no training. "sit down, shut up and do your job' attitude from mgmt and do 10-12 hours a day - butts in seats. Many good folks leaving making a Constant overloading of folks left. Folks retiring at 58 not because they want to but because they need to for their physical and mental well being. Yet mgmt does not consider them in the attrition rate
