      Leadership genuinely cares about employees and leads with integrity. Aligned ownership and management — no disconnect between what’s said and what’s done. Strong focus on work/life balance, flexibility, and sustainable workloads. Transparent communication and decision-making. Competitive pay for the MSP space, with honest expectations. Purpose-driven culture where people support one another and take pride in the work. Cluster of all-star engineers — most MSPs would be lucky to have just one. High standards without burnout culture.

      Cons

      Like most MSPs, margins are tight — this isn’t the highest-paying corner of IT. Fast pace and shifting priorities are part of the job.

      This company is an incredible place to grow your career. I’ve advanced through multiple roles thanks to their strong culture of internal promotion. Management is supportive and actively invests in employee development — I’ve been able to earn various certifications at no personal cost through their reimbursement program. The team is full of smart, collaborative people, and the culture is positive and engaging, with fun outings and a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      No major downsides. Like any fast-paced company, things can move quickly, but the team handles it well and keeps communication clear.
