Pros

-Great company culture, everyone is here to help -Solid starter benefits, Medical, Dental and Eye vision are covered by the company. -Managers will work with you to move yourself up within the company. -Semi-decent way to learn basic cybersecurity systems and to expand into the field -Certificates are paid for by the firm, if you pass the test -Raises are given yearly -Differs from person to person, but you will learn a lot, great for people starting their IT career

Cons

-Its an MSP, a ton of clients, a ton of tech stacks that need to be learned (thankfully extensive documentation is available), hard to give care to one client unless you are apart of their client team, will always be swamped higher roles. -With it being an MSP, the starter pay is subpar comparatively to the rest of the industry, -MUST be willing to work for clients onsite (this differs from person to person) -Promotion path is based on how well managers can make a case for you to senior management. Promotions tend to be based of ticket closures in a day rather than how well you compete the work. -Open spots for promotions (as of now) is dependent on people leaving roles (essentially any promotion are for replacements only) -You are forced to learn, if you are here to cruise as phone operator, you will not make it as a tech. (once again dependent on the person you are) -Stress and big time, this just comes with working at an MSP unfortunately.
