      Pros

      I will have to mention about the HR team. One of the most efficient and clearly communicating HR that I have ever come across. She was very professional with clarity in expectation and did things swiftly. Within a week the hiring was complete and all the while along not keeping the candidate in the dark was her attitude. The degree of professionalism and kindness that I saw in Vasumathi is one of the reasons for me to go ahead and choose Zoominfo team. She set the tone for the culture at the company which I definitely see is the vibe at the company.

      Executive team is fickle and thrashes from one internal process shuffle to another to compensate for poor strategy.

      Thank you for leaving a review. We too agree that our product is one of the best Go-to-Market tools too. We have grown at an incredible pace over the past two years and missed out on some opportunities to optimize our team structures and processes. We have reorganized some of our Sales teams to help align the SDRs, AEs, and AMs more effectively improving communication and process flow as part of our strategy. We also are constantly evaluating the organization, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to drive our long-term growth and success. I hope this helps you understand our need for agility in this fast-paced business.
