Pros

*managers are pretty chill. definitely helpful.

Cons

*this companyis the worst. sales org, specifically bdr org, is terrible. they do a demo day once a month where they order not enough bad pizzas to the office so you can work during lunch instead of taking a break. but the loser marketing people and others in the org just eat the pizza and there is never enough. I could go on and on about how this place sucks

Pros

Solid product, good benefits and solid experience to break into tech sales

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement, commissions changing and lowering constantly. Quota increasing regularly. Micro management culture depending on manager/team.

ZoomInfo Response

Thank you for sharing your experience and for recognizing the value of the product and early-career exposure to tech sales. Our sales organization does need to stay flexible in response to the market, which can mean adjustments to targets and plan structures over time, as is common in most sales environments. To clarify one point, we have not made any reductions to SDR core compensation plans. In fact, semiannual raises are built into our core compensation plans for SDRs. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to improve how we communicate these changes. – Sean Dwyer, ZoomInfo VP of Sales Development
