Ok benefit package Pay is ok, workload is way too bad - fast pace working environment. You don't have much work-life balance here Load day is a big mess - showing up early or stay up all night to manage the load They don't hire enough people to do the job If you want to learn and work on new technologies, this is not the right place. They are still using 10 years old framework and will not change anytime soon. Leadership team is still wandering in the wood trying to find the way out.
