As for the comment about us being open 7 days a week - we do this because our customers work 7 days per week and we want to be available when they need us most. Best Company Ever

Pros

The culture!, I can't say enough about how well they have built the workplace culture up here, constantly getting free food, amazing healthcare at the best prices I've paid in my entire life, out going amazing people. You 100% get what you put out in this company, in just a few short months I have moved up to being int the top three consistently in the company for my department and have received lots of positive recognition for it! This place truly cares about its employees and always treats us with respect, if you have the chance to get on here TAKE IT!

Cons

So few I had to truly think about it just to find one, some of the shifts are really weird in the start, but people are constantly moving around within the company and shifts are giving based off performance in the past month.

Pros

One of the best reasons to work at Dotloop is the culture- the people are amazing, and the company encourages networking through plenty of get togethers, happy hours, and volunteer events. Our parent company, Zillow Group, recently joined the equal pay pledge for women, and even has its own LGBTQ community page on Slack (the company instant messenger). Additional pros are excellent benefits, including an insanely good health plan, free access to Lynda for online learning, weekly guest speakers, and a fun trip to Seattle for the company Christmas party :)

Cons

Pay is a little less than average, but with opportunities for yearly raises, stock options, and virtually free benefits- it all balances out.
