Nice team Dream Manager who trusts you a lot Everyone is easy to access and will treat you like family Flexible work hours They will allow you to do anything and they are open to thoughts Excellent company software head Free lunch, snacks, beverages, Play area with TT carrom, etc

Cons

Team lead depends on your luck, for me it was not that great Hikes are too bad. No hike for freshers, but yes there is a lot to learn Long work hours for freshers, Need to be prepared for that

Cons

Very Bad HR Policies All will be good until you put down your paper. After that everyone will act as if you are an enemy and resort in unethical behavior like threatening the employees by any means. Definitely not a good company for experienced people.
