- Good place to learn technical stuffs. - Knowledgeable lead engineers to support you.

Cons

- No work life balance. Lots of Office politics :( - Immature SW co-founder- if he knows you are going to leave the company his behavior towards you will change (personally I was abused with inappropriate words while leaving the company) - lots of mental pressure during training sessions ( no friendly attitude )
