Good benefits, pay starts at 50k for trainers, 0-8% bonus every year, new hires start with 15 days PTO with an additional 5 days after 5 years of employment

Cons

Lots of nepotism, everyone is married or related to each other in some shape or form, team leads are chosen based on years of service and not competency or leadership skill, moving to other teams is a lateral move, no upward movement, trainers are on the road 100% of the time so you have no life

Not much to think of if you are a white male or not one of the 'selective few'

Cons

The managing (not leadership) as all they do is micromanage. The owners as so far backwards I would have migraines from listening to them yell on a daily basis. The company culture is horrible and they manage you through fear rather than through motivation. All and all this company was great as it taught me everything a company shouldn't be. Working for the Private vertical ultimately just makes your day hell.

One of the most amazing places to work if you are self motivated and willing to take initiative. We operate as a very flat organization, little hoops to jump through and endless possibilities to make a difference. The founders of the company have done something remarkable here and care deeply about those employed, their families and the impact job creation makes on our local economy. Big hearts!

Cons

I can't highlight any cons to this environment. It's impossible to be dissatisfied with all the flexibility, independence & support received.
