Pros

Health benefits , 401 K

Cons

Lot of politics and favoritism. You are allowed to fall sick for 3 days only in a year. During severe weather conditions like snow storm you are forced to take time off of your vacation days if you cannot make it to office. Lot of pressure on you to perform. Product is not as great as they claim it to be. Lots of issues and complaints from clients. Clients treat you very badly for absolutely no mistake of yours! No opportunity to grow and learn new things. You will be stuck with the same kind of job for years and the job gets monotonous. Lot of micro management from the leads. Salary is not enough. The Company CEO claims they make millions but the employees hardly get anything. You have to mostly Live paycheck to paycheck! Don't expect Work life balance! Not a great place to work!

Pros

Benefits, vacation time are the only Pros

Cons

No diversity, below industry-standard pays, under-qualified and mediocre hiring. Unfortunately, except a handful of talented individuals, majority of the work-force including bosses are below average with no leadership potential at all. Though the company tries to be customer driven, it is largely revenue/profit driven and still in today's time does not value the customer or even its own employees. A lot of internal conflicts, broken communication and processes make it miserable to work. Not all, but a number of old employees who have been with the company since the beginning and hold positions of leads have big ego's and come across as bootlickers. You can learn a lot here but growing up can be difficult based on just your talent or hard work. Since a lot of relatives and spouses work within the office, it becomes a big negative to get things improved, corrected without hurting a few souls. For some it can be a positive, e.g. changing a team even if you are not cut for the job but your spouse' brother's wife' uncle's cousin' son is the lead for that team. You can have a good time if you keep your boss happy, your boss keeping you happy is not an option.

Pros

great team to work with, very friendly and always ready to help. fun events going on from time to time

Cons

Difficult to get hold of people from internal teams, very non-responsive. Workforce is not diverse at all, too many Indians, specially ones that think they are actually in India! Don't feel like I'm learning anything new and useful (and i am new to the company!)
