Pros

They take care of travel etc for trainers Travel points all expenses taken care of will give training for new employees 1 hr lunch break Cafeteria

Cons

If you are fresher then take this offer only if you are not having any other job offer. Learn and leave within a year. They watch and monitor even bathroom breaks. The lunch break for one hour is mandatory but they will watch that as well They keep rewriting same documents over and over wasting so much time. Noone has a clue on how to do things. Its all so secretive at times and they say we are doing this for sqoo and its mandatory . So much time wasted in redoing same releases and bug fixes . Noone knows how each product works in different devices or modules . Its like a never ending puzzle with missing pieces Product is so confusing with so many clicks . Noone understands how anything works . Support will log issues and close it after discussing with people. Same will come back as production issue with high priority and then they will rush to fix it. The testing team is so bad that noone even speaks or understands english in India They will talk about diversity etc but they hire only Indian people mainly friends , friends of friends or family members are brought from overseas with high salary no relevant experience. There is no one you can go and report any problems not even to HR or the compliance . The remote lifestyle is so bad that people are almost having nervous break down problems and quality of software is so bad . They are so clueless on how laws work in America- Lot of bullying . All top positions are held by family members. If your team lead likes you you can show up at 10 am leave early and not do any meaningful work if they don't like you they will make your life miserable Nothing has changed even after Cia and Sqooo but they are so careful to cover up any problems . Focus on fixing your software problems than blaming people . Sinking ship better to leave this and go for other healthcare companies

Pros

- Friendly coworkers - Decent yearly raises during performance review (6-8% is normal) - Workload isn't terrible. I almost never find myself doing work outside normal working hours.

Cons

- Compared to other tech companies, and even other EMR software companies, there aren't a lot of little perks. - The satellite offices aren't "cool" workplaces. Basically boring office buildings. - Headquarters in Westborough, MA is located in boring suburbia and not close to Boston (>45 minute drive from Boston, if I can remember).
