Good business theoretically, but & sell used cell phones.

Cons

So much change at the top of the food chain. Unless you’re at the top, forget about being heard or moving up.

Decent benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc ... Friendly colleagues Fun events from time to time

Cons

Frequent turnover and indecisive leadership Slow to take action combined with lack of communication and poor decision making Setting people up for failure Unrealistic expectations Seasoned workers leaving the company for better opportunities causing current workers to feel overworked

Working through growing pains. Overall positive and improving experience.

Pros

- Pay, benefits, PTO are all fair and competitive for the area. - Fully remote if you want to be. - Good people, and direct managers care about their teams. - If you want to learn, take on challenges, and develop new skills, there are opportunities for growth. - Engineering/IT leadership is investing in modern tech solutions (modern programming languages, cloud based infrastructure, etc). After lots of turnover at the senior leadership level, we are coming out of the turbulent phase we have been stuck in the past year. New leaders with the right experience have been hired. Plans have been made to pursue worthwhile projects, while eliminating those that did not make sense. The company is performing at or above expected metrics with lots of growth initiatives on the horizon. The outlook is overall positive and morale is improving. We recently received additional $50M in investment, which is reassuring. I don't think the overall rating on here is fair, which is why I'm giving a mostly positive review. I enjoy working here and plan to stay for awhile. I would and do recommend it to friends. Most tech companies have gone through layoffs or pivots in the past year, and while it's not a happy time, it is sometimes necessary to protect the business, so I won't hold that against ecoATM.

Cons

- High recent turnover due to misalignment at the top of the company. - Loss of long time employees who knew the company and their teammates very well. - Sudden changes in vision and direction, although this seems to be slowing down. - Less attention to culture lately and more about productivity, but this seems to be on par for all companies going through a lean phase in this economy.
