Pros

With so many staff members leaving, there are a lot of open positions for others who are desperate for a job even if you don't know how to do the job.

Cons

The company went backwards and transitioned to typical corporate with overlord management. The CEO is out of touch praising that productivity has gone up and that goals are being met. But are not embracing working from home and keeping up with industry standard as a tech company. Many strong talent and veteran employees have left due to the rigidity and lack of growth. Empty positions are not replaced immediately and the work has triple. Many of the new candidates hired earlier this year has already quit within 3 months. HR and micro management team is pushing for everyone to return to the office. They are incompetent and refuses to listen to the the staff request of working from home.

Regarding remote work, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to our employees’ health and safety. We did not make any decisions lightly nor without guidance from health authorities or input from our leaders and managers. We were able to offer remote and hybrid programs where suitable. Pros

The team is great, the culture is great, and the company is heading in the right direction. Most people actually look forward to coming to work. People are free to be themselves while helping to execute on meaningful projects.

Cons

Like any relatively new company, there are growing pains and setbacks as the company continues to progress and mature.
