Pros

The people there will make you happy to go to work every day. I learned so much working for iNet and although it ended badly (mostly my fault) they will still treat you with respect when you come in their doors as a customer and a friend. Everything I learned as a tech working for this company propelled me to be able to do the things I am today. I probably know most of the people giving 1 star reviews. Some people are just bitter for years and years after they leave a place of employ. I could have been, and probably have more reason to complain than any of them. I don't know why some people are also claiming they are fake reviews. I guess it's just hard for some people to like something they didn't. And I guess it's easy to just claim good reviews are fake to make the company look bad. Just want to state that Career Opportunities is will be ranked at a 5 star because I worked my way up through a few positions at this company. If you work hard and show you are willing to get the job done, they will find ways for you to move up. It's hard work and can be stressful, but it was always worth it.

Cons

There is some problems with management. The boss should break things out a little bit. Trust his lead salesman to take the reins of that department and let him run in. Trust the higher level techs a little bit more to run things a certain way. It's all a learning experience and overall this is still a younger company.

Pros

People are great to work with. Mostly everyone is friendly once you get to know then. Its a fun atmosphere and you can tell who the people are that care versus the people who are just there to pick up a pay check. You tend to not gravitate towards those people and its real easy to see. You are always busy and there are very few days with nothing to do which is great. You get recognized for your hard work and when you do a good job.

Cons

Lack in overall operational management. You have someone who leads almost all departments which isn't possible unless that is there only job which it isn't. You can see that it leads to a lack of overall leadership in each department when each department isn't given its full attention at all times. It shows in various ways from communication break down to projects getting off track and people blaming other departments for issues. Once this is resolved it will be solid.

Pros

Once you get your own clients, you start to become your own boss. You decide how to best manage a site, how to improve rankings, and how to get better ROI. You decide when to take lunch or how much overtime you want. If you need help, there are plenty of people to ask. You can have a lot of control over your day. With all the different sites you work on, there are lots of really cool things to learn about, which in turn help your clients.

Cons

While being independent is great, there are times things get lost in communication. A designer will imagine one thing for a site while the programmer planned another leaving you out of the loop, a series of emails won't have all the right people CC'd, etc. Clients can be the biggest offenders here, waiting until the absolute last second to respond.
