Pros

Great culture. High moral standards. Nothing is more important than doing the right thing for the customer. Strong team environment.

Cons

Compensation is not always on par with other competitors. Longer than usual bank hours and very few holidays. Some banking centers are open 7 days a week.

Cons

Company has hundreds of salaried and less that 10 on 100% commission. The Mortgage Loan Origination position is a scam. The company needs a few extra bodies each summer to filter through the files it IS NOT a sales position. The turn over is extreme, don't believe the hiring manager. This is a scam, they will take allot of your time and you WILL NOT be payed for it.

Great company overall, but dysfunctional Marketing leadership

Pros

Excellent company with long local history. Employees get along very well together, and there are opportunities for lateral moves among departments. Excellent 401k program!

Cons

In general, pay could be better. Marketing Department is under new leadership, although "leadership" may not be the right word. New CMO arrived mid-2016 and has proceeded to drive away all but one of his direct reports.
