Pros
Great pto, set schedule at least on 1 project, different projects to choose from or move to, opportunity for advancement, some attainable bonuses and overtime, flexibility with time off performance improvement
Cons
Low-mid base pay, like other employers, lots of change but poor communication, software issues that impact productivity (& you are expected to make up for the lost stats with almost almost super human strength)
